Everything we sell is covered by its manufacturer’s standard warranty — and we handle the claim for you.

Manufacturer warranty

Every bike and machine we sell — Yeti, Pivot, Norco, Transition, Apexx and the components fitted to them — carries the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Terms and length vary by brand and product; we’ll confirm the specifics for your bike at handover.

Motor & battery systems

On e-bikes, the motor and battery are covered by the system manufacturer’s warranty (for example Bosch). We’ll register your system where needed and manage any claim on your behalf.

Making a claim

Bring the bike back to the workshop or give us a call. As your retailer we deal directly with the brand — frame, motor, battery or components — so you’re not left chasing anyone. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Your statutory rights

None of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
