How BUILT (ride-built.co.uk) handles information when you enquire, book a test ride or pay online.

Who we are

BUILT sells emoto, e-bikes and MTB, with a workshop at 37 Bethlehem Street, Grimsby DN31 1JQ. Contact: ride.built@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Test ride form: name, email, phone, model interest, preferred times and notes — submitted via Netlify Forms.
• Orders: name and contact details you give us by phone or email to buy or reserve a bike, plus payment records for your order.
• Usage: standard hosting logs (IP, browser) from Netlify for security and operation.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, arrange test rides and workshop visits, fulfil orders, and comply with law. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Enquiry and order records are kept as long as needed for sales, warranty and accounting, then deleted or anonymised where practical.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing ride.built@gmail.com. You may complain to the ICO if you believe we have handled data unlawfully.

Third parties

We use Netlify (hosting/forms), Fouita (Instagram embed) and Google Fonts. Their policies apply when you use those services.
